Message from the CEO
Dear Friends,
In early January, I took over as CEO of Global Authentication and over the last four months the company has made substantial strides in our operating effectiveness, which has enabled our company to offer new and innovative services to our clients. Our newly launched Digital Review autograph service, allowing clients to send a digital scan or image through our website, has been a tremendous success. In addition, our ten dollar, ten day double your money back guarantee has been tested and we have not had to refund one client for not meeting our commitment, with close to a thousand cards submitted thus far.
During the last part of April, Mike Baker, our Director of Grading was featured as an expert witness in an episode of The Judge Judy Show. He gave expert testimony on the attributes of a counterfeit baseball card, which led the client he testified for to win the case. I thought he did a great job! Events like this really illustrate the experience and quality of our staff and I’m very optimistic about our opportunities in the near future.
